Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will send you our findings and describe any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
